D.31/12/2021

Today we had attended  PhD-Viva of ISSR research scholar Ndoricimpa Clement  at the Academic Hall of the New Administrative Building of MKBU.

His research thesis is on 'CONSTRUING A CRITICAL STANCE IN ACADEMIC WRITING: LINGUISTIC AND DISCOURSE PATTERNS IN POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS WRITING IN ENGLISH'.He has completed his research under the guidance of Dilip Barad sir.

Before this we had attended Ph.D viva two times in an online mode but it was the first time I had attended the open viva physically.I really like the subject  of Mr.Clement's field of research. It was very interesting topic to explore the more.He is the only international student who has pursue his degree of Doctor of Philosophy from Department of English - Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University .We feel very shocking when we came to know that he has completed his research within two and half year.It is very hard to find hardworking research scholars like Dr.Clement.The presentation was following by the discussion question by the students as well as other research scholars.

Here is a few glimpses of today.
